Salary:

As a Lead - Field Commissioning AV Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with operation team professionals overseeing commercial installations.

Reports to the Director of Operations and responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of complex AV systems and installs.
Project settings include corporate offices, conference centers, schools, and entertainment venues.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to help build out a growing team.
AV installation, low-voltage expertise, networking systems, and some programming experience.
Product installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance for projectors, screens, audio systems, video conferencing systems, and control access panels.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to complete tasks effectively.
Field installation of control programs (Crestron/QSC/Biamp, etc.
) - upload and download capability.
Test and troubleshoot control programs (Crestron/QSC/Biamp, etc.
)
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Install Technician or AV Technician Technical background in Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Savant, low voltage, cables, wiring, fiber, racks and other AV integrations.
Industry standards and certifications such as CEDIA, Info COMM, and CTS.
Independent worker and skilled communicator to assess project scope of work with team and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
