Job Duties for the Executive Assistant/ Project Administrator: Will coordinate product manufacturing, schedule, and technology issues, training and contractual issues within a customer‚ s project specifications. Role of the Executive Assistant/ Project Administrator: Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Project Accounting: Analyzes project profitability, margins, bill rates and personnel utilization for executive review Ensures project legal documents are completed and signed Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Confirmation of all client changes to include change orders, Auto Cad drawings or other support documents that confirm price changes or schedule variations Project Communication: Resolves and/or escalates issues through others in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design relevant to Client‚ s Project Format and OUR CLIENT Project schedule/Cost formats Project Client Management: Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
