Understand customer needs in key segments and be able to translate these needs into successful marketing programs that drive revenue growth.

Drive the development and execution of targeted marketing messaging and programs, go:

market strategy and tactical activities, managing and liaising agency and Corporate Marketing functional managers when appropriate.

Implement and track activities, adjusting as needed to maximize effectiveness and routinely reporting back on that effectiveness to Sales and Marketing management.

Serve as an expert on customer behaviors, needs and responses to programs in specific segments and in the business overall.
:
Oversee outbound marketing spend and forecast and ensure that deliverables are entered into Aprimo as appropriate.

Preferred Educational Background:
:
Minimum of a bachelor degree in the biological sciences, chemistry, genetics or business/communications :
MBA or other related degree in business, marketing, communications highly desirable.
Preferred Experiential Background:
:
Minimum 5:
7 years experience in marketing, marketing communications and/or product marketing in life sciences.
:
Proven track record and experience in leading campaign and program development.
:
Sales experience highly desirable.
