Assistant Construction Manager - (Corpus Christi)
Will assist Construction Managers as owners representative in overseeing the field execution and completion of a construction project.
Manages the owners scope, schedule, and budget for the project.
Ensures contractors compliance with design drawings and specifications.
Will coordinate and interact with Architect, Engineer(s), and Contractor(s).
Develop and maintains job reports.
Qualifications:
