JOB DESCRIPTION
oFind and develop prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, business development through support organizations, direct selling, etc.
oContact warm leads and build relationships
oDiscover prospective client needs
oPresent HR solutions to prospective clients that make business sense and help them simplify business
oLeverage your business intelligence and self-assurance to turn prospects into clients; close the sale
oMeet and exceed sales goals
oMaintains a high rate of client retention through quality service, meeting and exceeding client expectations, building rapport/relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
oEstablishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies and coworkers to promote a quality service image
oWork as a collaborative, professional teammate to ensure effective communication and a smooth client transition to eESI
The ideal candidate will:
oHave a minimum of 2 years of B2B experience
oBachelor degree preferred
oIs well connected in the business community
oHave proven sales discovery and closing skills
oAmbitious, driven to excellence and motivated to be success
oThrive in a fast paced environment and can work under minimal supervision
oBe a true service professional dedicated to the client experience and a small business advocate
oBe a problem-solver, enthusiastic, fun-spirited, considerate, competent, respectful of others and maintain the highest level of integrity
