REAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTABLE OFFICER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Maintaining and updating land, buildings, structure, utilities, and/or relocatable property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Coordinating with Project Managers and Acquisition personnel to draft technical documents required for construction and capital improvement projects; 3) Preparing technical reports or point papers to present to management; AND 4) Resolving Real Property discrepancies found during virtual inventory processes. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
