REAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTABLE OFFICER
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Maintaining and updating land, buildings, structure, utilities, and/or relocatable property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Coordinating with Project Managers and Acquisition personnel to draft technical documents required for construction and capital improvement projects; 3) Preparing technical reports or point papers to present to management; AND 4) Resolving Real Property discrepancies found during virtual inventory processes.
