My wife and I have had student aviators of all platforms living in the house for the last couple of years, and as an Osprey pilot, I understand the grind of flight school and we as landlords strive to make everything extremely easy for you. Water filters, air filters, smoke detectors, etc. Many of the little issues that a normal rental may expect you to keep up and pay for, we try to handle to keep your study (and fun) time intact.
