Looking for someone who wants to rent a room in mi casa (unfurnished)! Would be great for travel nurses or students. It's a good-sized room with big windows and a nice closet. You'll also have your own bathroom with a shower. There's a washer and dryer in the house, dishwasher, and nice backyard area. Shortest lease term I'll consider is 6 months. Rent is $800/mo (includes all bills - electricity, water, trash, Wi-Fi). I'm a 30 year old female and would prefer another female roommate, but open to men (as long as you aren't creepy ). The house is brand new and located in Flour Bluff not far from the highway. There's a security system in place (an alarm and outdoor cameras). I do have a dog - she's very sweet but doesn't play too well with new dogs, so unfortunately no dogs allowed. Lmk if you have any questions or are interested in seeing the house in person!
